Spoilers | October 19–25, 2026. We follow the champions in GBS’s directory through selected results and key moments. Dates refer to the published broadcasts or events; winning a non-title match does not change a championship.

WWE Raw · October 19

Chad Gable retained the Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee in a triple threat; Ethan Page and Big Cass then attacked all three. The highlight: a defense with immediate consequences for the champion. Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn also exchanged words during a tense week between champions.

WWE NXT · October 20

AAA World Tag Team Champions El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno beat BirthRight to advance in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with help from Zilla Fatu. This was a tournament match, not an AAA title defense. Grayson Waller and Tony D’Angelo intensified the build to their title match at Halloween Havoc.

AEW Dynamite · October 21

Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight defeated World Champion Will Ospreay and Adam Copeland in a tag match: the world title did not change hands. Ilja Dragunov beat Mike Bailey in his AEW in-ring debut. Steven Borden’s return and the Blood and Guts challenge set up the next chapter of the Don Callis Family conflict.

TNA iMPACT! and ROH · October 22

Jason Hotch retained TNA’s International Championship by beating Mustafa Ali 2–1. In ROH, Lee Moriarty retained the Pure title against Mance Warner; Bishop Kaun challenged Bandido for the world championship. These were confirmed defenses and a new challenge, not title changes.

WWE SmackDown · October 23

Michin and B-Fab won the women’s tag team titles from Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley with interference from Jade Cargill. Chelsea Green retained the WWE Women’s Championship against Roxanne Perez. The highlights: new tag champions and Tiffany Stratton nearly cashing in on Liv Morgan, without completing the cash-in.

CMLL · Women’s Grand Prix, October 23

Skadi became the sole survivor by defeating Megan Bayne at Arena México. Her victory concluded an international match featuring wrestlers from different promotions. This was a tournament win: winning the Grand Prix does not automatically award a world championship.

AAA · Héroes Inmortales, week 1, October 24

El Grande Americano retained the Mega Championship against Dominik Mysterio. La Catalina kept the Reina de Reinas title against Flammer and La Hiedra, and Los Perros del Mal retained the trios titles. Big Mami returned to attack Karmen Petrovic. We cover the first broadcast installment, not results from later installments.

AEW Collision · October 24

FTR tied their best-of-five series against Motor City Machine Guns at 1–1. Jay White beat Kyle O’Reilly and targeted Jon Moxley’s Continental title. The highlights are the pressure on the champion and shifting alliances; neither result represents a title change.

Japan · NJPW and NOAH, October 25

In Super Jr. Tag League, Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita reached four points by beating Blake Christian and Lee Johnson. At NOAH Wrestle Odyssey II, Tetsuya Naito retained the GHC Heavyweight title against OZAWA, while Luis Mante beat Naomichi Marufuji for the GHC National title. Tournament standings and championships have different implications.

STARDOM · Korakuen, October 20

Kikyo Furusawa and Rian defeated Aya Sakura and Sayaka Kurara to win the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship. STARDOM officially confirmed the title change, and the champions already match GBS’s directory. The win came at 16:32, with Rian scoring the deciding fall.

Evolve and NWA · other highlights

On October 21’s Evolve, Skylar Raye beat Sloane Jacobs and called out Nikkita Lyons; Kale Dixon defeated Aaron Rourke. On October 24’s Powerrr, Kerry Morton beat Colby Corino. These results matter to the rivalries but are not presented as title defenses or changes.
